Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our healthcare team in Hillsboro. As a Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing comprehensive treatment programs to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life.

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansPerform occupational therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalitiesDesign and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with diverse conditionsMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as neededCollaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomesSupervise and guide Therapy Assistants and support staffMaintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR systemsEducate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocolsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesQualificationsOccupational Therapy Degree from an accredited institutionCurrent Occupational Therapy license in the state of practiceValid CPR certificationProven clinical experience in occupational therapyExtensive knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment methodologiesProficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS OfficeStrong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement scienceExcellent assessment and diagnostic skillsSuperior communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and documentation skillsExperience working with diverse patient populationsCommitment to continuing education and professional development
