Schedule:
Start on any Monday with hospital approval May include both inpatient and limited outpatient shifts
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Oregon Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility with application in progress) Strong experience in adult outpatient therapy—particularly neuro conditions and post-surgical patients; inpatient therapy skills required Current or obtainable driver's license (or acceptable alternative) Proficiency in basic computer tasks and electronic documentation Skilled at adapting treatment programs to support restoration of function, pain relief, and functional adaptations following disease, injury, or medical procedures Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment programs under provider orders Deliver skilled diagnostic and therapeutic occupational therapy to diverse hospital patients Identify and refer patients based on screenings and collaborative evaluation Reassess patient needs, adjust therapy plans, and coordinate safe discharges Prepare, maintain, and submit timely documentation (reports, progress notes, billing)
