Overview Occupational Therapist | Rehabilitation specialty | Lebanon, Oregon, United States | Start date June 8, 2026 | 13-week travel assignment | 40 guaranteed hours per week |
Shift:
5x8 days (days) | Work setting: inpatient rehabilitation services within a hospital-affiliated program. This assignment offers a per‑week pay range of $2,110 to $2,299.

Setting:
inpatient rehabilitation services within a hospital-affiliated program Responsibilities Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments of patients with declines in self-care, mobility, or functional independence. Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans, with progress notes and measurable goals. Provide therapy services including hand therapy and upper extremity splinting as appropriate; perform wheelchair assessments and home safety evaluations. Deliver cognitive therapy, neurological rehabilitation, and oncology rehabilitation as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and support discharge planning. Document treatment sessions, adjust plans based on progress, and communicate with the care team regarding patient status.
