None Desired Qualifications:
Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license BLS certification Expertise in orthopedics, with emphasis on hands, elbows, and shoulders Experience across acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient ortho Lymphedema training preferred (not required) Adaptability to multiple electronic health record systems (ReDoc & Meditech) Comfort in a team-assisted environment (collaborating with aides)Core Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients with a primary focus on orthopedic rehabilitation Manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients daily Participate in individualized care planning and patient education Document interventions and progress in both acute and outpatient platforms Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within a supportive, multidisciplinary teamPerks & Benefits:
