Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current state OT license (or eligibility for licensure in Oregon) Experience or interest in early intervention settings Strong communication and collaboration skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportationResponsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy for early intervention populations in home and community settings Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized plans, and track progress Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal regulationsPerks & Benefits:
