• 06:30 PM No Weekends Required Position Overview A leading acute care hospital in Albany, OR is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its Rehabilitation team for a 13-week contract assignment.

This opportunity offers a collaborative clinical environment providing inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services for patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care and rehabilitation experience with the ability to evaluate, treat, and develop individualized care plans focused on improving patient independence and functional outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with physical, neurological, orthopedic, and ADL-related conditions Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, safety, and functional independence Provide inpatient acute care occupational therapy services Assist with discharge planning and care recommendations Deliver outpatient interventions including hand therapy, orthopedic rehab, neuro rehabilitation, and ADL training Perform custom splinting and driving assessments as needed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Current Oregon Occupational Therapist License required BLS Certification required Acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills Experience working with pediatric through geriatric populations preferred For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
