• Responsibilities
• + Perform occupational therapy evaluations for students + Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results + Provide direct occupational therapy services in accordance with each student's plan of care + Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other service providers + Maintain timely and accurate documentation + Participate in meetings and contribute to student success planning + Support students in developing skills necessary for academic participation and daily functioning •Qualifications•+ Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start) + Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Ability to work independently and confidently within a school setting + Current CPR certification if applicable + TB screening if required + Current health certificate as required by contract or state regulations + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age •Apply Today!
