Provide 1:1 Occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0-21). Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members. Share strategies and tools to support families at home. Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable).What You'll Need:
Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university. State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License. CPR certification. Experience working in pediatrics preferred. Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply. Ability to utilize a play-based approach. A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit. Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces. Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.Responsibilities:
Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services. Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services. Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements. Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals. Collaborate with members of the client's care team. Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.Who We Are:
