Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Make an impact this summer supporting amazing students in a friendly and collaborative school environment as a school-based Occupational Therapist. Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania Practice experience in educational, healthcare, or home health environments Exposure to OT in schools, teletherapy, or pediatric settings is strongly preferred Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Dedication to promoting student independence and engagement Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Your Role Includes:
Delivering individualized and group OT services to students, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed Assessing student needs, setting goals, and supporting their IEP objectives Consulting with teachers and families to foster skill development across settings Developing creative strategies and interventions to enhance participation and function Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate, timely records Participating in IEP meetings and offering insights for student growth
