Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide occupational therapy services primarily to elementary students, with some caseload responsibilities for middle school grades. The position is based in Lancaster, PA, within a vibrant school setting. As a certified Occupational Therapist, you will support students from grades K-5, along with some clients in grades 6-8, helping them develop essential skills to enhance their educational experience and daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions tailored to students' needs in elementary and middle school settings. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to create effective therapy plans. Monitor student progress and adjust treatment goals accordingly. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Current certification as a licensed Occupational Therapist. Experience working with students in grades K-8. Strong knowledge of school-based occupational therapy techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a fast-paced educational environment.
