This contract position offers approximately 4.5 hours per week, focusing on servicing students transitioning from Multidisciplinary Services (MDS). The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through the end of the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services tailored to students' needs.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students during their transition period.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with school staff to enhance each student's educational experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed or certified as an OT or COTA with experience in school-based therapy.
• Familiarity with transition services for students transitioning from MDS.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with educators, families, and students.
