Position Summary We're seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one physical therapy in homes, apartments, and senior living communities with a coverage area of Delaware County as a 1099 contracted employee. Additionally, we are seeking Occupational Therapists for open positions in Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia and Bucks County. Responsibilities Perform evaluations and carry through OT visits in homes and senior living buildings Communicate with clients and families and the clinical team. Provide continuity of care from home health to outpatient services and beyond!
