Desired Qualifications:
Experience in school-based occupational therapy, with additional expertise in healthcare or home health environments highly valued Valid OT licensure and any necessary certifications for delivery of therapy services Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Adaptability and creativity when supporting students' diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based occupational therapy to students, fostering independence and functional skills for daily living and academic participation Assess, design, and implement individualized therapy plans that support student goals Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure coordinated care Track student progress and communicate outcomes to all stakeholders Maintain thorough records in compliance with professional and legal requirements
