For over 18 years, we have proudly supported Philadelphia's youngest learners and their families by providing services to children ages 0-5 throughout the city. Services are provided in homes, daycares, Head Starts, and community settings. Position Summary As part of our OT team, you will provide ongoing occupational therapy services to a diverse pediatric caseload in Early Intervention settings. Our therapists work with children with a wide range of developmental needs including autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing challenges, fine motor delays, self-help and adaptive skill delays, emotional regulation difficulties, feeding concerns, developmental delays, visual motor deficits, social engagement challenges, and more. Our therapists enjoy a supportive, collaborative environment where they are encouraged to grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. Responsibilities Provide ongoing occupational therapy services to children ages 0-5 Conduct re-evaluations, and progress monitoring Develop individualized education plans and goals Collaborate with families, teachers, service coordinators, and multidisciplinary team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation Support and empower families through coaching and education Build meaningful relationships with children and caregivers while creating fun, engaging therapy sessions Qualifications Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License Passionate, dedicated, and eager to make a difference Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team Previous experience as an occupational therapist, pediatric occupational therapist, OT, OTR, OT-R or in occupational therapy and pediatric occupational therapy may make you a good fit!
