Job Description
Invo Healthcare is seeking a talented, part-time Occupational Therapist  to join our Elwyn Early Intervention Team in Philadelphia County .  Invo is the nationâs leading provider of behavior, mental health and therapy services in schools, centers, and communities.  â¯Â To qualify, applicants must have:â¯Â Active state-level licensure as an Occupational Therapistâ¯Â A master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited universityâ¯Â Child Abuse Clearance Criminal Background Check Fingerprinting Experience working with young children is a plus but not requiredâ¯Â â¯Â What to expect from this role? â¯Â Evaluate and treat disorders and delays that affect childâs ability to perform daily activities and reach their goals  Develop/improve childâs ability to independently perform tasks  Serve as member of the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team for preschool-aged children with occupational therapy concerns  Facilitate goals and objectives per childâs educational plan  Maintain appropriate records  Perform other OT duties/responsibilities required by the Program and within the scope of licensure and/or certificationâ¯Â Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations  â¯Â    Who is Invo Healthcare? â¯Â Invo Healthcare has been providing therapy services to children for 30 years in school-based contracts and clinics, with the mission of inspiring and nurturing growth for all learners.
