Pennsylvania Opportunities Company Overview:
Join Liberty Education Solutions, a national provider of special education and therapy staffing services. We are seeking compassionate OTs to support students for the current and upcoming school year. Position Summary Provide school-based (virtual and/or onsite) therapy services to students with diverse needs. Enjoy flexible scheduling — work as little as 1 hour per week or build a full caseload. Collaborate with educators and families to support students' academic, communication, and functional success. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions Monitor progress and adjust interventions Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
Qualifications SLP:
Master's in Occupational Therapy Active PA license/ certification
All Candidates:
School-based experience preferred Strong communication and technology skills Student-centered, compassionate approach Pennsylvania Clearances (if applicable): Child Abuse, Criminal Check, FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter, TB Test Flexible, impactful work supporting students' growth in a collaborative school environment.
