Qualifications and Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for Pennsylvania Experience in school-based settings, home health, and general healthcare environments Ability to create and implement individualized educational and therapeutic plans Strong communication skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals Compassion and enthusiasm for supporting children in their developmental journeys Adaptable and solution-oriented with a commitment to student success
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to a small caseload of students in accordance with their IEPs Develop and deliver effective therapy sessions both individually and in groups Maintain accurate documentation of progress, attendance, and treatment plans Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in school meetings and contribute to planning for student support Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations
