Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic educational environment as an Occupational Therapist supporting students' growth and development for the upcoming school year. With two full-time contract positions available—one focused on elementary students and the other with high schoolers—you'll have the opportunity to shape learning experiences and help students achieve their fullest potential. Both roles will begin in August and offer the chance to collaborate with dedicated teams in supportive settings near Thorndale, PA.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred Familiarity with supporting either elementary or high school caseloads Ability to develop and implement effective intervention strategies for diverse learners Proficiency in conducting evaluations and writing individualized education program (IEP) documentation Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive educational environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assess students and develop personalized therapy goals tailored to age group and individual abilities Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress throughout the academic year Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Provide recommendations for accommodations, adaptive equipment, and classroom modifications Maintain accurate and timely records as required Participate in IEP meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities as needed Advocate for students' needs and help foster independence and self-confidence Discover a role where your expertise will positively impact students' lives and contribute to their academic achievements.
