Travel Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Malvern, PA. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility recover or improve daily living skills after injury, illness, or disability. This opportunity offers clinical variety and the chance to support interdisciplinary care in a long-term care environment. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated competency with documentation systems used in skilled nursing facilities and experience completing evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADL retraining, cognitive rehabilitation, and assistive device recommendations in geriatric populations. Previous travel therapy experience preferred but not required. Prior experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in post-acute care preferred.

Assignment Details Shift Hours:

08:30-16:30.

Impacting Patient Care Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions for ADLs and mobility, recommending adaptive equipment, and documenting progress. Collaborate with nursing and therapy staff to support safe discharges and improved functional outcomes.
