The ideal candidate will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to students, supporting their ability to access and participate fully in their educational environment. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Key Duties & Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' functional needs in school settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals that promote student success and independence. Support students in improving fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, sensory regulation, self-care, and participation in classroom routines. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to integrate therapy strategies into daily school activities. Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and compliance documentation. Provide consultative support and classroom modifications to optimize student engagement and learning. Implement early intervention strategies for preschool/elementary students to foster development. Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting in compliance with district and state requirements. Contribute to a positive, student-centered, and team-oriented work environment. Skills & Qualifications Master's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current OT license in the state of practice. School-based experience preferred; pediatric/early intervention experience also valuable. Knowledge of

processes, and school compliance requirements. Strong understanding of sensory processing, motor development, and adaptive strategies in educational contexts.
