Hybrid School-Based OT Position Schools located in Kiowa, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, and Deer Trail Full Time & Part Time - Starting August 2026 K-12 Caseload 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday About the Role Hello, Occupational Therapists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time hybrid Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across multiple school communities in Eastern Colorado. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct assessments and therapy services in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings, documentation, planning, and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home. Why Join Us Competitive pay (Up to $60/hour) + steady school-year schedule Flexible hybrid work model W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits• + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You'll Do Provide school-based OT evaluations, treatment, and consultation services Conduct standardized assessments and complete evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate Complete documentation, planning, progress notes, and compliance tasks remotely Adapt materials and environments to improve student access and participation What We're Looking For Active (or eligible) Colorado OT license Colorado CDE SSP certification (or ability to obtain) Master's Degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, but not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
