Job Overview Love Working with Seniors? Join Our Growing In-Home Therapy Team! Stellar Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one in-home therapy services to older adults throughout the South Florida area. If you're passionate about helping seniors maintain independence and enjoy working autonomously in a concierge-style environment, we'd love to hear from you. Position Highlights Flexible schedule (Part-Time or PRN) Competitive per-visit compensation Minimal paperwork with EMR documentation Independence and autonomy in patient care Supportive, therapist-led team focused on clinical excellence Patient Population Older adults living in private homes and senior living communities Neurological conditions, including Parkinson's disease Balance and fall prevention Post-hospital rehabilitation Orthopedic conditions Cognitive impairment and dementia General deconditioning Qualifications Current Florida Occupational Therapy license Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Excellent communication and documentation skills Home health or geriatric experience preferred Experience treating patients with Parkinson's disease is a strong plus (LSVT BIG/LOUD or other Parkinson's certifications are highly valued) Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments Develop individualized plans of care focused on maximizing independence and safety Address ADLs, IADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, home safety, and fall prevention Educate patients, families, and caregivers Complete timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Why Stellar?
