What we are looking for:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children in their naturalistic environments. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and long-term career development within a supportive and values-driven team. Qualifications Experience in pediatrics (required) Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (required) Background check and valid driver's license (required) Experience with sensory integration, self-regulation, or feeding (preferred) Independence, flexibility, and a passion for occupational therapy Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations Provide individual and group OT interventions to support participation and functional independence Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams (SLPs, BCBAs, educators, etc.) Provide education, coaching, and support to caregivers and staff Maintain documentation and progress notes in accordance with company policies and professional standards No weekends required Schedule This is a Monday-Friday position, with some after-school hours required. Occupational therapists have flexibility to create schedules that best fit their needs, provided productivity expectations are met each pay period.
Work Location:
In-person (with some opportunities for hybrid work when appropriate). This position involves supporting clients in their naturalistic environments (homes, daycares, and ABA centers).
