A Pediatric Evolution, LLC. (APE) A Pediatric Evolution, LLC (APE) is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing, interdisciplinary clinic in Johnston, RI. This is a Contract or W2 position with flexible scheduling. Possibility for full time in September. Our clinic provides collaborative, child-centered care and values family involvement, functional outcomes, and professional growth. Responsibilities Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct OT services in a clinic-based setting Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, ADLs, and play skills Maintain a manageable therapy caseload Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (OTs, SLPs, BCBAs, Teachers, PCPs) Educate and support families with home programs and carryover strategies Document services in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Current Rhode Island OT License NBCOT Certification Experience with pediatrics and/or autism preferred Schedule 4-15 hours per week with flexibility Opportunity to expand hours and use a build up schedule Family-friendly scheduling Compensation $50-$55 per hour , based on experience Contract (1099) or W2 options available Benefits Flexible schedule Professional development support Opportunities for growth and advancement Work-from-home options for documentation
