We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team. We provide outpatient therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, feeding, and motor needs in a supportive clinic environment. This position offers the unique opportunity to step into an established, full-time caseload with strong family relationships already in place. Unlike many outpatient settings, this is not a build-your-own-caseload position. We are actively interviewing candidates now and may have some flexibility with start dates depending on candidate availability. Schedule Established full-time Monday-Thursday clinical schedule Friday morning treatment opportunities available for clinicians who wish to increase their hours and earning potential Friday administrative responsibilities may be completed remotely when productivity expectations are met No travel between locations Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation ($39-$42/hour based on experience) This is a full-time W-2 position utilizing a 75% productivity model designed to provide both flexibility and income stability. This is not a fee-for-service position. At More Than Speech, therapists are paid for all hours worked , not just direct treatment sessions. That means you'll be compensated for: Direct treatment sessions Documentation Evaluation and re-evaluation report writing Parent and caregiver communication Collaboration with other providers Administrative responsibilities Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain a weekly schedule that supports a full-time caseload while still providing flexibility to build a schedule that aligns with their personal and professional goals.
