Pediatric Occupational Therapist- $75,000
- 85,000 with $7,500 sign-on bonus At HPRC
- Pediatric Rehabilitation clinic location in Columbus, Georgia.

You'll support an interdisciplinary team of providers and support pediatric patients in meeting their goals by: Reviewing each child's medical and developmental history, including sensory, motor, and functional needs Evaluating children through play-based observation and standardized assessments to understand fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, feeding, and participation challenges Developing individualized, child-centered treatment plans that support functional independence at home, school, and in the community Establishing clear, measurable goals focused on skills such as feeding, dressing, handwriting, regulation, and play Using therapeutic activities, sensory integration strategies, adaptive equipment, and hands-on techniques to improve engagement, coordination, and daily living skills Monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting the plan of care to best support each child's growth and success Educating and coaching parents and caregivers on strategies to carry over skills and support development outside of therapyQualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice) Passion for evidence-based, patient centered careWho We Are:

Compensation:
$75,000- 85,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
