Job Description
Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings to support K-12 students in Oregon City, OR. This contract position offers a focused work schedule of 10 hours per week, primarily one day on-site, with the flexibility to complete paperwork from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students across grades K-12 Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and adapt interventions as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including assessments, therapy notes, and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to support student goalsQualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist qualified to practice in Oregon Experience providing school-based occupational therapy services for K-12 populations Strong understanding of educational regulations and the IEP process Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff Ability to manage documentation efficiently, with an option to complete paperwork remotelyDetails:
