We provide a collaborative and supportive environment where therapists have flexibility, autonomy, and access to an established referral stream. Due to continued growth, we are seeking licensed therapists to join our expanding team. [Position Overview] We are currently hiring licensed: Occupational Therapists Physical Therapists Speech Therapists Services are primarily provided: In our Brandon therapy clinic Hybrid options available depending on caseload and discipline All populations, with primary focus on children [What We Offer] Independent contractor flexibility Established referral stream to support caseload growth Clinic-based services (reduced travel) and/or open to remote/hybrid, based in [Your Location] Flexible scheduling and autonomy Supportive leadership and collaborative team culture Administrative support Opportunities for professional growth as the practice expands [Responsibilities] Provide appropriate therapeutic services Deliver caregiver education and coaching Complete required documentation and assessments Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers Participate in team communication as needed [Qualifications] Active Florida Therapy License Pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently CPR/First Aid Certification [Compensation] Competitive contractor compensation Pay based on discipline, session type, and experience Flexible scheduling Referrals provided to help build caseload [Employment Type] Independent Contractor (1099) Traditional employee benefits are not included for contractor roles.
