Key Qualifications and Experience:
Active Occupational Therapist license (MN or compact/eligible). Proven experience in school-based OT settings preferred. Confident supervisory skills; experience overseeing COTAs a plus. Effective communicator, comfortable working onsite or virtually. Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to students, contributing to their educational and developmental goals. Oversee and support a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families for integrated care planning. Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough records. Adapt therapy delivery to both in-person and remote environments (if working virtually).
