Desired Qualifications:
Licensure as an OT or COTA (with supervision) Experience in school-based OT, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare settings Comfort with K-8 student populations and varied academic/behavioral needs Familiarity with IEP management systems, preferably
SPED Forms Role Responsibilities:
Deliver OT services within a flexible 2-3 day per week schedule Serve a caseload of approximately 35 students in a small charter school Adapt service delivery through in-person, teletherapy, or hybrid models Engage collaboratively with the special education team Support students via push-in, pull-out, and consult models for effective service integration
