Our state-of-the-art facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including Short Term Rehabilitative Care, Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy Services, Pain Management, Wound Management, Palliative Care Services, and Long Term Care.
• About the

Role:

• As an Occupational Therapist at Crystal Lake Rehabilitation & Care Center, you will play a vital role in helping our patients regain independence and achieve their maximum potential.

You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, and range of motion. • Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and occupational needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including ADLs, mobility, strength, and range of motion exercises
• Work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to educate and empower them in their care
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address wounds, surgeries, and other medical conditions
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve patient goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Rhode Island
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
