What You'll Need:
Valid OT licensure and credentials appropriate for school-based practice Experience or strong interest in working with high-needs or diverse student populations Familiarity with educational IEP processes and documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families Flexibility and a proactive approach when supporting a range of developmental and physical challenges
What You'll Do:
Deliver assessments, interventions, and therapy sessions to students with varying physical, sensory, and cognitive needs Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement IEP goals and modifications Support teachers and classroom staff with strategies and adaptations for student success Provide regular progress updates and contribute to a positive, empowering learning environment Participate in safety care training—provided at no cost—ensuring a safe environment for all
