Why You'll Love It Here $80,000-$90,000 salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses No weekends Paid Time Off (PTO) Healthcare benefits Structured mentorship and clinical support Continuing education assistance Opportunities for career growth and leadership development Collaborative, family-focused team environment Flexible treatment approaches that allow you to focus on quality patient care What You'll Be Doing Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services for pediatric patients Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, emotional regulation, and developmental skills Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and healthcare providers Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support progress at home Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and team collaboration Foster a fun, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment What We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure) Pediatric experience preferred, but not required New graduates with pediatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply Experience with sensory integration, developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, or feeding therapy is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for working with children and families Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to clinical excellence Ideal Candidate We're looking for an OT who genuinely enjoys working with children, values family-centered care, and is excited about helping young patients achieve meaningful developmental milestones.
