Qualifications:

Current license to practice Occupational Therapy as required for the state of South Dakota Experience with inpatient or hospital therapy settings preferred Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Compassionate, team-oriented approach to patient care Ability to adapt to new environments and embrace diverse workplace cultures

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions for patients in a hospital setting Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patient recovery Monitor and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and discharge planning Uphold facility and healthcare standards while contributing to a positive work environment
