Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for a variety of orthopaedic conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes Deliver one-on-one, patient-centered care to ensure optimal results and high patient satisfaction Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, physical therapist assistants (PTAs), and other rehab professionals Educate patients and families to support recovery and long-term wellness Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) Active Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) Experience with orthopaedic patient populations preferred Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities Interest in professional development and continuing education
