What You'll Do:

Provide OT services in a skilled nursing setting to support functional independence Address challenges in cognition, motor skills, vision, and daily living tasks. Use evidence-based interventions to improve safety and performance. Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary rehab team

Requirements:

Tennessee OT license Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented SNF and Medicare experience a plus
