Our therapists play a vital role in helping patients restore mobility, improve self-care skills, and safely perform daily activities at home. Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations in the home setting Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide therapy focused on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental ADLs Conduct home safety evaluations and fall prevention education Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices Provide fine motor, gross motor, and cognitive rehabilitation Educate patients and caregivers to improve independence and safety Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists Complete timely electronic documentation according to Medicare home health guidelines Schedule Monday - Friday Flexible daily schedule No clinic setting - work directly in patients' homes Occupational Therapist Qualifications Current Tennessee Occupational Therapist license (OT or OTR) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills Ability to work independently as a field clinician Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement Generous PTO Paid holidays Supportive clinical team environment Locally owned and operated agency Apply Today If you are a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for a rewarding Home Health opportunity in Middle TN , we encourage you to apply today and join the Quality First Home Care team.
