Occupational Therapist

Job description We are hiring Occupational Therapists for the following opportunities: Home/Community-Based Early Intervention (Birth - 5)

Qualifications:

Active TN Occupational Therapist license. Have a valid U.S. driver's license. Pass background check clearance. Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Have the ability to walk, bend, sit, and stand during the work shift. Provide own transportation, computer, and cell phone. Experience with pediatric populations. Must have and maintain current CPR certification.

Requirements:

Provide evaluations. Develop and implement therapy goals. Collaborate as a team member with additional colleagues and families to provide well-rounded care. Provide written documentation of client services, including but not limited to, writing session notes and uploading them to the database timely. Collaborate on the implementation of the Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP). Provide 1:1 dynamic intervention in the natural environment. Create interventions that focus on coaching and equipping the family/caregiver to reflect on his or her actions as a means to improve their child's functioning. Flexible hours and schedule!
