Job Description

About us We are professional and agile.
Our work environment includes:
International workforce Flexible working hours On-the-job training Nurse will be responsible to provide skilled assessment and provide treatments plans for education and services to adults in the home. Patients present with diagnoses such as Wounds, PVD, COPD, Diabetes, Stroke, High Blood Pressure among other common diseases. Home health nurses provide required skilled education and intervention. We service Fayette, Shelby and Tipton Counties with localized travel areas. Must have good organization, technology and communication skills.
