Overview:

Due to growth, Feltz Therapy Services is now hiring an Occupational Therapist for a pediatric clinic position in Murfreesboro, TN. Part-time and building to full-time caseloads are available. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. New grad Occupational Therapists will be supported and mentored. Caseload /

Patient Population:

The Occupational Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient pediatric setting with the potential for day care and home care visits. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team! Full-time OTs should expect to schedule 32

• 35 patient visits per week.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this full-time position is in the range of $75,000

• $85,000 per year depending on experience with the opportunity to earn more with incentives.

Monday-Friday:

8 am-6 pm. No weekends required. No major holidays! There is some flexibility of the work schedule based on the needs of the clinic and the clinician hired. Job Requirements:

Eligible for TN state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Prior pediatric experience is preferred. New grad OTs will be supported and mentored. Building to full-time is available. Part-time candidates will also be considered. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without restriction.
