Pediatric Occupational Therapist Magnolia Speech Theraapy Smyrna, TN Job Details Part-time | PRN $40 - $45 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Teamwork Pediatric occupational therapy Occupational Therapy OTR Pediatrics Cross-functional communication Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Part-Time Occupational Therapist (Pediatric) Magnolia Speech Therapy | Middle Tennessee Position Overview Magnolia Speech Therapy is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and child-centered Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with children in a supportive, family-focused environment alongside speech-language pathologists and other professionals. We are looking for an OT who values connection, creativity, and neurodiversity-affirming care while helping children build the skills they need to participate successfully in daily activities. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide family education and coaching Complete documentation in a timely manner Collaborate with speech therapists, caregivers, physicians, and community partners Participate in team meetings and care coordination as needed Maintain compliance with state, payer, and practice requirements Qualifications Current Tennessee Occupational Therapy license NBCOT certification Pediatric experience preferred Experience with sensory processing, fine motor, self-help skills, emotional regulation, and developmental delays preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable transportation for clinic, daycare, community, or home-based visits (if applicable) What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Administrative support for scheduling and client communication Established referral sources and consistent caseload opportunities Supportive team culture Opportunities for growth within a thriving pediatric practice Schedule Part-Time Flexible weekday availability preferred Clinic-based, community-based, daycare, and/or home-based opportunities available About Magnolia Speech Therapy Magnolia Speech Therapy is a woman-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children and families throughout Middle Tennessee.
