Position Highlights Flexible PRN schedule Competitive per-visit pay Opportunity to grow caseload over time Supportive interdisciplinary team Documentation completed through Kinnser/WellSky EMR Requirements Active Texas Occupational Therapist license Home health experience required CPR certification required Experience with Kinnser/WellSky preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in the field Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in their homes to improve safety, independence, and functional performance with daily activities Develop individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and fall-prevention strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, PTs, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and caregivers on functional mobility, self-care, and safety techniques Complete timely and accurate documentation in
