Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassion for working with children and supporting their educational progress Ready to coordinate with MJ's OT/related professionals upon request
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct OT services to students aligned with individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop goal-oriented treatment plans, and monitor progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, teachers, and family members Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed Contribute positively to the school community for the duration of your assignment
