Job Description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Garland, TX. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills in an outpatient setting. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Texas Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in an outpatient clinic environment preferred. Demonstrated competency in comprehensive evaluations, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans. Experience with documentation for functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry preferred. Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy services and provide student supervision as assigned preferred. Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education requirements. and you will be contacted by a recruiter who will provide additional information.
