About the Role We are currently hiring a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with an immediate, established caseload in Grapevine, Colleyville, Southlake, Coppell, Flower Mound, and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for therapists seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work in a supportive team environment. You'll provide play-based, family-centered occupational therapy services in children's natural environments while collaborating with a team that values clinical excellence, work-life balance, and professional growth. • 60/hour (based on experience) Consistent caseload Flexible scheduling and autonomy over your day Paid Documentation Time Paid Admin Time Mileage reimbursement Therapy materials stipend Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, dental, and vision benefits for full-time employees Supportive, therapist-owned team culture Opportunities for growth and advancement Responsibilities Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy in natural environments (homes, daycares, preschools, and ABA centers) Address fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, emotional regulation, ADLs, and executive functioning Educate and collaborate with caregivers Complete timely documentation (daily notes, evaluations, progress reports) Coordinate scheduling to ensure consistency of care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (SLPs, BCBAs, teachers) Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Active Texas OTR/L license Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pediatric experience preferred (home health, early intervention, or school-based) Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory processing Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
