You'll provide play-based, family-centered occupational therapy services while helping children build skills for success in their daily lives. Responsibilities Conduct pediatric OT evaluations and re-evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy in homes, daycares, preschools, schools, and ABA centers Address fine motor, sensory processing, emotional regulation, ADLs, executive functioning, and visual-motor skills Educate and collaborate with caregivers Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and evaluations Coordinate scheduling to ensure consistency of care Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including SLPs, BCBAs, teachers, and caregivers Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program Active Texas OTR license Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Pediatric experience preferred (home health, early intervention, clinic, or school-based) Strong understanding of pediatric development and sensory processing Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team Work Setting Full-Time Mobile pediatric practice Homes, schools, daycares, preschools, and ABA centers Apply directly through Indeed or learn more about us at: www.readysetgrowtx.com/careers
