In this role, you'll make a direct impact on the lives of children by helping them build independence, confidence, and essential life skills. You'll work with children facing developmental, physical, or emotional challenges, designing creative and individualized treatment plans that make therapy both effective and fun. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team while building strong relationships with families and empowering them with tools for success beyond the clinic. What You'll Do Conduct thorough assessments of children's physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Use play-based, hands-on therapy to help children improve daily living skills and meet developmental milestones. Educate and support families with strategies they can use at home to reinforce progress. Collaborate closely with physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Track progress, update treatment plans, and document all sessions in a timely manner. What We're Looking For Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist. Strong understanding of pediatric therapy techniques and best practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a pediatric clinical setting. Certification in sensory integration, feeding, or other pediatric specialties. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Bilingual Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children and families. Creativity and flexibility to adapt therapy to each child's unique needs. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for making therapy engaging. Solid clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
