We follow a developmental, relationship-based framework inspired by DIRFloortime® , and we are committed to helping children grow through shared engagement, regulation, communication, and joyful participation.
About Our Clinic:
Our practice supports children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, social-emotional, and communication differences through play-based, relationship-focused therapy. We believe children grow best through connection, co-regulation, and authentic engagement. We are looking for an occupational therapist who values meaningful connection, child-led engagement, and family-centered care. Experience with DIRFloortime® is highly valued, though we also welcome clinicians with a strong desire to learn and pursue further training in the model. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who loves working in a dynamic pediatric environment and values both clinical excellence and authentic connection with children and families.
