We provide services in an interdisciplinary environment to foster our patient's success including physical, speech, feeding, and ABA services. Patient's ages range from 0-21 years old with a wide range of diagnoses including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and other genetic conditions. Therapists have access to a large gym with sensory equipment, smaller gym, craft room, and sensory room along with smaller rooms to see patient's 1 on 1. Essential Job Functions
  • Perform clinical assessments, identifying patient needs.
  • Direct therapeutic intervention based on patients' strength, ROM, coordination, and providing adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
  • Daily documentation, evaluation, plan of care, progress notes, and other clinical related documentation on an ongoing basis.
  • Evaluating and addressing patient occupational performance in areas of self-care, work, rest, and leisure.
  • Assessing sensory-motor, psycho-social, neuromuscular, and cognitive components of occupational performance.
  • Must meet all requirements required by the state of Texas to maintain licensure.
  • Meet all requirements to maintain national board certification. Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Masters, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • National Board of Occupational Therapy Certification
  • Currently registered and licensed by the state of Texas
  • Pediatric experience preferred Employee Benefits
