Category Schools - OT Job Type Travel Embark on a rewarding travel assignment as a school-based Occupational Therapist and bring your expertise to students ranging from ages 3 to 21 in the thriving Houston area near Rosenberg, TX. Desired Qualifications:
Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Experience in school settings; highly qualified COTAs with extensive school experience are welcome to apply Strong documentation skills, including familiarity with school health software (SHARES, Onward) and Excel for IEP logs Ability to coordinate and conduct evaluations, provide consults, and attend ARDs Fingerprinting required per district policy
Responsibilities:
Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 70, with 30-40 students receiving direct treatment on a rotating schedule Deliver only treatment services (no COTAs to supervise) Serve across 6-7 schools within a designated zone Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of
IEPs Schedule:
Full-time, on-site, typically 8:00-4:00 (some sites may start at 7:30)
