Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare is looking for evaluating therapists to join our skilled nursing facility! Windsor Rehab is a 108 bed skilled nursing facility with both long term residents and short term rehab patients. We are recently under new management and have exciting upgrades including replacing all beds, getting new floors and magnetic door-lock upgrades. Come check us out! Windsor Rehabilitation and Healthcare in Terrell, TX, is currently seeking an innovative SLP therapist to join our in-house therapy team, You will help create and implement new rehabilitation programs for our deserving patients and work with the daily operations associated with a busy in-house therapy department. This skilled nursing and post-acute care center has amazing potential, offering an opportunity for professional freedom where you can use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to build something great! Experience/Qualifications:
Licensed PT, OT or SLP Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long term care rehabilitation preferred Knowledge of Medicare PPS preferred Ability to Evaluate and create a treatment plan specific to resident needs and goals and according to best practice guidelines Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member in creating an exceptional rehab facility. Ability to work with both long term resident rehab programs and short term
- post-acute type patients.
